Job Description
MUST HAVE:
- 7 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- 5 years of ServiceNow implementation experience in large complex environments and minimum of 7 years of technology implementation.
- Experience in developing complex catalog items
- Experience in customizing Service Portal widgets & pages.
- Should have experience of leading team for implementing ITSM tools and continuous improvements
- Experience in the implementation administration maintenance and enhancements of ServiceNow
- Experience using Orchestrator and Workflow Editor to configure workflows and automate tasks
- Experience developing ServiceNow APIs ServiceNow Workflows UI Pages UI Macros Business Scripts Catalog Client Scripts Client Scripts UI Scripts UI Actions UI Policies Script Includes and Security Rules (ACLs).
