Job Description:

- Working knowledge of Windows and Open Systems operating systems OS and storage virtualization technologies local and wide area networking.
- Knowledge and experience with backup and recovery concepts techniques and products.
- Hands-on experience deploying configuring and administering EMC
- Networker Rubrik Commvault Data Domain Avamar Data Protection
- Advisor NetBackup BackupExec and Data Protection Manager (DPM).
- Knowledge and experience with VMware backup integration.
- Extensive knowledge of replication approaches technologies and products.
- Knowledge of backup technologies and best practices used in large multitenant environments.
- Expert experience with Windows Server 2003 and higher.
- Knowledge of Windows Server.
- Knowledge of VMware physical to virtual migration techniques.
- Experience with data center cabling and server racking.
- Expert Experience with Solaris or Linux administration.
- Strong experience troubleshooting and supporting Windows servers customers clients and related technologies.
- Attention to detail consistency and thoroughness
- Proficiency with advanced Excel tools and data manipulation techniques.
- Government project experience.
- Knowledge of prevalent system monitoring tools and protocols (Nagios SolarWinds Whatsup SNMP).
- Strong administrator with enterprise-level experience performing Windows system design implementation and administration in complex environments including virtualized multitenant shared or cloud-based environments to include Azure AWS or Google.
