You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for an experienced AEM Backend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and a strong understanding of backend development principles. You will be responsible for designing developing and optimizing AEM applications ensuring high performance security and scalability.
Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain AEM components templates and workflows.
Work extensively with OSGi JCR Sling and WCM APIs to build scalable applications.
Implement Touch UI & Sightly (HTL) for frontend integration when needed.
Configure and manage Multi-Site Manager (MSM) setups Dispatcher caching and Performance tuning.
Handle API integrations and optimize query performance indexing and session handling.
Implement security best practices including ACLs SSO and security layers.
Participate in AEM upgrades including hotfix installation and version updates.
Work on build & deployment using Maven/Ant Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines.
Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices in Java development including exception handling collection frameworks multi-threading and design patterns.
Debug and optimize system performance using scheduler event handler event listener and sling jobs.
Set up and configure Cron jobs Dispatcher and Apache infrastructure.
Maintain and enhance AEM persistence mechanisms including TarMK MongoMK and S3 storage.
Develop migration strategies for transitioning from non-CMS platforms or implementing a headless CMS approach.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AEM with other technologies.
