Job Summary:
Oversee daily bakery operations ensuring high-quality products efficient production and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Production Management: Supervise baking staff coordinate production schedules and monitor product quality.
2. Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks implement quality improvement initiatives and maintain high standards.
3. Inventory Management: Manage ingredient inventory track usage and optimize ordering processes.
4. Staff Management: Train motivate and evaluate bakery staff promoting a positive work environment.
5 Safety and Hygiene: Maintain a clean safe and healthy work environment adhering to food safety regulations.
7. Cost Control: Monitor production costs optimize resource usage and implement cost-saving initiatives.
Requirements:
- 3 years of bakery experience
- Supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques ingredients and equipment
Working Hours:
10 am to 6.30 pm
