As Branch Supervisor youll guide daily operations support a motivated team and build trusted relationships with customers and vendors. Youll work hands-on to connect strategy with action encourage learning and growth and keep the branch running safely and smoothly.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership for the organizations customer-facing associates and branch functions
  • Develop a team with a focus on customer service policy and strategy implementation
  • Run the overall operation of a branch location including hiring coaching and scheduling of employees to ensure efficient and quality branch operations
  • Maintain inventories at adequate levels promote sales and maintain the appearance of the branch
  • Build and maintain an environment of engagement by listening to feedback from leaders associates and customers and implementing solutions to solve problems
  • Analyze store data and identify areas of opportunity and implement solutions to continuously improve the overall performance of the location
  • Performs all work in accordance with established safety standards and adheres to all safety policies rules regulations and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Experience leading teams in sales and operations
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Comfort with financials and using data to guide decisions
  • Comfortable with heavy lifting.
  • A collaborative coaching-focused leadership style
  • A track record of building team trust and consistency
  • Clear calm problem-solvingeven when things move fast
  • Familiarity with process improvement and day-to-day execution
  • Insight into the local market and what matters to your customers

Pay Range:

$26.10 - $39.18

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
