Main Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients and expand the existing customer base.
Identify business opportunities by analyzing market trends customer needs and competitor activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients partners and key stakeholders.
Conduct presentations meetings and negotiations to close business deals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute effective promotional campaigns.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance market feedback and new business opportunities.
Ensure that revenue targets are consistently met or exceeded.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry developments.
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a business development sales or client relationship role.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Skills Required:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
Negotiation and persuasion skills to close deals effectively.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
