Are you a dynamic clinical leader ready to shape the future of school-based mental health services Northwestern Counseling & Support Services (NCSS) is looking for a passionate and skilled Team Leaderto guide our team of dedicated School-Based Clinicians (SBCs) supporting youth across Franklin and Grand Isle counties.
This is your opportunity to:
- Provide clinical and administrative supervisionto a team of 1215 compassionate clinicians.
- Foster strong relationshipswith local school administrators and community partners.
- Drive innovationin service delivery by developing impactful strategies that improve the well-being of students and school communities.
- Ensure high-quality care timely documentation and support systemic change in how mental health services are delivered in schools.

Masters degree and current licensure in a related mental health field.
