Capitol Chevrolet is on the hunt for a high-energy experienced Used Car Manager ready to dominate the pre-owned game. If youre a sharp buyer strong leader and know how to turn inventory fast while driving gross this is your next big move.
What Youll Do:
Lead the used car department with urgency passion and precision
Maximize profitability and inventory turn through smart data-driven decisions
Coach and inspire a young motivated sales team to exceed targets
Create a top-tier customer experience that builds loyalty and referrals
What Were Looking For:
Minimum 5 years of experience in used car management (high-volume preferred)
Proven success with CDK and V-Auto
Strong appraisal and acquisition skills
A lead from the front mentality hands-on team-focused and relentless
Clear communicator with a drive to grow and win
