Location: Las Vegas NV (Hybrid 3 days in-office)

About the Role
Youll lead and mentor a team of recruiters refine our talent acquisition strategies and ensure we consistently deliver high-quality candidates to our clients. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on recruitingand its perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships scaling teams and driving results.
What Youll Do
Lead the Team: Coach mentor and manage recruiters to hit performance goals and grow professionally
Drive Results: Oversee full-cycle recruitment to ensure timely high-quality placements
Improve Processes: Optimize sourcing strategies and streamline recruiting workflows
Partner with Clients: Act as a key liaison with clients understanding their needs and delivering top talent
Track Performance: Monitor KPIs like time-to-fill quality of hire and candidate satisfaction
Innovate: Stay on top of recruiting trends tools and techniques to keep us ahead of the curve
What You Bring
5 years of recruiting experience with 2 years in a leadership or managerial role
Proven success in a staffing agency or talent acquisition setting
Strong understanding of sourcing techniques ATS platforms and recruitment metrics
Excellent communication and team-building skills
Ability to adapt solve problems and lead by example
Bonus: Experience recruiting in healthcare or dental industries
