Required Bachelors degree from an accredited university; Masters preferred.
Preferred Valid Texas Teacher Certificated with required endorsements for subject and subject level assigned.
Required 3-5 years of direct Montessori classroom teaching.
Understanding of Montessori and district curriculum assessment implementation and alignment with TEKS (Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills).
Experience leading and/or collaborating with various stakeholders such as administrators teachers students and/or community members.
Coordinate and deliver professional development.
Strong organization interpersonal communication problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficient in computer skills including mastery of Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
Collaborate with campus administrators and staff to increase student achievement through coaching Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) targeted professional development master scheduling and classroom observations to ensure the implementation of Montessori and district curricula.
Develop district systems and reports for the Montessori Pipeline onboarding new teachers and campus leaders professional learning curriculum alignment and instructional resources.
Create and facilitate presentations and professional development for district campus and community stakeholders.
Lead the development of the Montessori Instructional Pacing Calendar and ensure alignment with district curriculum and assessments compliance with TEA state federal and school board policies and Montessori practices while serving as a liaison between various departments providing cross-functional leadership and technical assistance.
Provide data driven instruction using research-based intervention methods.
Provide guidance to campus leaders on Montessori curriculum instructional materials resources and supplies and recommend purchases to support campus implementation.
