The Human Resources Generalist will work closely with HR Management to support the day-to-day operations of the human resources department. You will also have the ability to develop strong interpersonal relationships assist with maintaining a positive work environment and ensure employee progression & engagement.
This position is a contract-to-hire position and a long term need for my client. This candidate must work on site and has no remote work available.
Pay: $35 - $45/hr
Requirements
- 3-5 years of related experience as an HR Generalist
- Degree in Human Resources is preferred
- Construction background is a plus
- PHR Certification is a plus
