Job Summary:

Administrative assistant/a with experience in CAE platform management.

Responsible for ensuring a fast and efficient documentation management throughout different online CAE platforms.

Manage all accesses to client sites according to both client and legal requirements.

Knowledge of occupational risk prevention.

What kind of work will you be doing

Coordination of accesses to client facilities with operations team.

Maintain all online CAE platforms documentation up-to-date.

Keep track of internal and external needs regarding documentation.

Keeping all the workers Health and Safety documentation updated.

Managing all the legal documents with the subcontractors and customers.

Representing the Company in the Safety Coordination Activities Customers.

Review of online CAE platforms and documents according to criteria established by clients.

Support external and internal customers and subcontractors.

Project status control: Start and end employees and companies involved. H&S Plans preparation.

Ensure proper EHS record keeping.

Provide full responsiveness to internal & external customer.

Attend the required trainings and meetings when held.

Inform of required trainings and platform document coordination changes.

What do we need from you

Degree in Health and Safety preferably with an Intermediate Degree a least.

Minimum experience of 6 months in the Coordination of Business Activities requested documentation.

Know-how of CAE platforms such us E-Coordina; Dokify; E-gestiona or Ctaima.

Languages: Spanish (mandatory) English B1 level (desirable).

Microsoft office. Excel advanced user.

Driving license.

Good Communication Skills.
