JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The WPI Facilities Department is hiring temporary summer custodial staff to support cleaning and maintenance efforts across campus.

Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays 7:00 AM 12:00 PM
Start Date: Saturday May 31 2025
Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Sweeping mopping scrubbing and vacuuming hallways stairs offices bathrooms and other campus areas

  • Emptying trash and recycling containers

  • Moving and relocating furniture small equipment and personal belongings

  • Assisting with the setup and breakdown of indoor and outdoor events

Requirements:

  • A valid work permit is required for applicants aged 14 to 17
