We are currently seeking self-motivated experienced Fleet Techniciansfor our Austin Shop.
Responsibilities:
- Repair and maintain gasoline and diesel engines used to power equipment such as portable saws lawnmowers weed eaters blowers and trimmers.
- Adjust points valves carburetors distributors and spark plug gaps using feeler gauges.
- Reassemble engines after repair or maintenance work is complete.
- Record repairs made time spent and parts used.
- Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning and greasing parts and tuning ignition systems.
- Must be able to work externally in a variety of different conditions
- Answer service calls promptly

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20 hourly and up DOE

Qualifications Required
- At least 2years experience as a vehicle/autotechnician
- Knowledge of vehicle repair and/or maintenance
- Experienced in electrical troubleshooting and ability to read schematics is a plus
- Bilingual is a plus
- Must hold a valid TX drivers license
- Must have proof of good driving history with no major incidents within the last 5 years
