Solar PV Technician / Service Engineer
Location: Region e.g. South East Midlands etc.

Were hiring on behalf of a well-established and forward-thinking renewables business now expanding its service division. Theyre looking for an experienced Solar PV Technician / Electrician with a strong background in solar battery storage and EV systems.
This is a long-term opportunity offering ongoing training development and stability in a growing sector.
Role Overview
-
Installation maintenance and servicing of solar PV battery storage and EV charge points
-
Mix of domestic and commercial systems
-
System commissioning and fault-finding
-
Liaising with manufacturers for advanced tech support

Use of drone equipment for inspections
-
Working with Tradify job management software
-
Registering and monitoring systems via manufacturer portals
Requirements
-
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent electrical qualification
-
18th Edition Wiring Regulations
-
2391 or equivalent Inspection & Testing cert
-
NICEIC Qualified Supervisor desirable
-
EV Charging Battery Storage & Solar PV qualifications (series) preferred
-
CSCS/ECS Card
-
Full UK Driving Licence
-
Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting capability
-
Able to work independently and within a small technical team
