Our team is seeking a dynamic strategic and passionate leader as we enter a new phase of growth. Over the last 7 years Ivory Innovations has established industry-leading programs including the Ivory Prize for Housing Affordability and Hack-A-House. As we look to our next 10 years we seek an experienced leader based at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City to lead our team grow our programs and establish a vision for our continued success and impact on housing affordability.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities - Become the leading voice for housing affordability innovations in America - Bring together leaders in housing including our Advisory Board and other nationally-recognized experts and key stakeholders to make significant industry impact - Establish and execute a vision for Ivory Innovations in our next phase of growth - Inspire the next generation by co-teaching our housing innovation course at the University of Utah David Eccles School of Business - Establish and execute vision to deepen Ivory Innovations impact on public policies that support increased housing affordability both in Utah and across the country
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Health Care Administration clinical field or related area or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience); nine years of progressively more responsible management experience; and demonstrated leadership staff management and effective communications skills required. Completion of hospital provided supervisory training within one year of employment may also be required. This position has no responsibility for providing care to patients.
