Head of Primary Learning
Were working with a growing well-resourced education provider seeking a Head of Primary Learning to lead their academic programs. This is a strategic leadership role focused on scaling operations improving student outcomes and overseeing curriculum design and delivery across both in-person and digital channels.
Key areas of responsibility include:
Designing and managing Primary Learning programs aligned with curriculum and assessment standards
Leading a team of educators and operational staff
Overseeing delivery of classroom and digital content (via LMS)
Owning department-level planning operations and budget
Partnering with internal teams on product tech and enrolment strategy
What were looking for:
Background in education (preferably primary) with strong understanding of the Australian curriculum
Proven leadership experience in an academic or commercial education setting
Track record of improving learning outcomes and delivering high-quality programs
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced outcomes-driven environment
This is a hands-on leadership role with clear growth opportunity and influence across the wider organisation. Suitable for a senior educator or curriculum lead looking to step into a broader role with strategic and commercial oversight.
