Communicate effectively with clients regional referral sources and funding sources including all payers (government third-party and private insurance) to acquire any missing data required for account set-up and recurring payments.
Audit patient information on new and recurring applications including charts communication notes and private insurance. Liaise with branch staff to capture missing data and ensure the clients electronic file is accurate and complete. Keep all information confidential to maintain client confidence and protect VitalAires operations.
Audit and track applications from various regional funding sources including all payers such as government third-party and private insurance. Secure funding confirmation authorization and when applicable recurring authorizations from all payers. Update regional funding bodies with changes to client profiles. Process vendor change requests for various provincial government programs. Maintain client confidence and protect VitalAires operations by keeping all information confidential.
Perform other duties as required
1 2 years of general office experience or equivalent combination of experience and education
Proficient in Google (Word Excel etc.).
Strong data entry skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Previous experience dealing with funding authorities and processing necessary funding requirements
Ability to work independently as well as integrate with all levels of management.
