What You Will Achieve
In this role you will:
Ensure compliance with applicable laws regulations and policies providing guidance and advice on compliance issues to senior management.
Oversee and manage Quality Systems programs and initiatives while developing and leading/co-leading highly complex projects.
Develop mid-term plans that impact overall results and leverage relationships to meet the needs of various business units.
Serve as an advisor to others making decisions and identifying innovative solutions for complex problems.
Recommend courses of action that impact the business units and influence decisions made by management and senior staff.
Support in solving complex problems acting independently on self-initiated projects while leveraging knowledge from others.
Exercise judgment in complex decisions within business units ensuring work is reviewed for effectiveness of results.
Evaluate contributions based on business impact and review the work of colleagues to maintain high standards.
Utilize foresight and judgment drawing on knowledge and experience to provide valuable insights and solutions.
Continuously strive to maintain and enhance the effectiveness of compliance and business operations through innovative and strategic planning.
Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
MBA/MS degree with at least 7 years of experience or a BA/BS degree with at least 8 years of experience
Experience leading Quality Training Doc Control Validation and Change Control teams
Extensive knowledge of compliance laws and regulations
Proven ability to manage complex compliance programs
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Experience with compliance audits and investigations
Proficiency in using Quality System management software and tools
Strong leadership and project management capabilities
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective Quality Systems programs
Proven experience growing and developing talent as a people leader
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements):
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
Knowledge of international compliance regulations
Advanced degree in law or related field
Experience with regulatory agencies
Demonstrated success in influencing senior management
Ability to navigate complex legal and regulatory environments
Exceptional strategic thinking and planning skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Effective organizational and time management abilities
Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers develop and coach others oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
