Job Description
This is a remote position.
Lead the architecture administration and optimisation of Microsoft 365 Azure Power BI SharePoint Xero Simpro and Employment Hero and other platforms.
Own vendor relationships and hold third-party providers accountable for SLAs system uptime performance metrics and security standards.
Oversee and Implement the IT procurement strategy and asset lifecycle management ensuring alignment with business goals and budgetary controls.
Provide support at all levels as required while coaching and mentoring support staff to handle the simpler queries.
Design and enforce robust security frameworks data loss prevention policies and disaster recovery strategies.
Collaborate with management and users to define business requirements for systems development projects.
Assist Management with preparation of business cases and project plans for the implementation of the latest technology within the organisation.
Conduct workshops to train employees on the efficient use of systems and promote internal adoption of process improvement digital transformation and security awareness.
Establish and enforce governance processes for IT asset and license management.
Requirements
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
Extensive experience in IT including 5 years in a senior/systems administrator capacity.
Preferably with experience in the following: Microsoft 365 Azure Infrastructure SharePoint SimPro ELMO HR and Xero.
Has a degree or certification in IT or Computer Engineering.
Knowledgeable in backup and security practices.
Ability to problem solve and complete work within a timely manner.

Exceptional attention to detail.
Exceptional stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Initiative to find solutions and resolve problems.
A solid understanding of computers electronics and systems (hardware & software)
