Job Description

Marketing Trainee—Social Media Events & Lead Activation
Location: Ahmedabad On-site Full-Time (Post Internship)
Duration: 3 Months (Paid Internship)
Future Scope: Internship followed by a full-time job opportunity based on performance

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive Marketing Trainees who are passionate about digital marketing social media and event execution. This is a fantastic opportunity for MBA Marketing freshers to get hands-on exposure to real marketing campaigns lead generation activities and brand building—both online and offline.

Note: This role does not involve any SEO-related activities. Candidates with only SEO experience will not be considered for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and scheduling social media content calendars (LinkedIn)
  • Help in launching email campaigns and newsletters for branding and lead generation
  • Support the team in managing Google Ads LinkedIn Ads and other B2B paid campaigns
  • Coordinate with the team for event support brand activations and exhibitions
  • Participate in lead generation through online and offline activities
  • Contribute to preparing marketing material: emailers creatives landing pages
  • Help track campaign performance and compile marketing reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design & sales) for smooth campaign execution

Requirements:

  • MBA (Marketing) or equivalent (fresher or final semester student)
  • Strong interest in digital marketing events and branding
  • Basic familiarity with platforms like Google Ads LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Canva
  • Good communication skills – written and verbal
  • Energetic willing to learn and proactive in execution
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Excel is a plus
