We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrator Case Review to join the Student Lifecycle team within the Division of the Deputy Vice Chancellor Education and Student Experience. This role provides essential day-to-day administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of services across the Registrar & Student Services Unit (RASS).
As part of the Student Lifecycle team the Administrator will be responsible for managing a range of core administrative processes and communications with a strong focus on customer service. A key focus of the role is the central management of special consideration applications requiring a high level of accuracy discretion and organisation. The position will also support broader student lifecycle functions developing a comprehensive understanding of student administration across the University.
This role reports to the Manager Case Review and supports the Head of Student Lifecycle. It does not have any direct reports.
