Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in financial data analysis reporting and forecasting.
- Support budgeting and financial planning efforts.
- Conduct research on financial trends regulations and government contracting requirements.
- Assist with invoice processing expense tracking and financial reconciliation.
- Help prepare financial presentations and reports for leadership.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives related to financial operations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a bachelors or associate degree program in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint); experience with financial software is a plus.
- Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in government contracting corporate finance and business operations.
