Job Description
Role :: Branch Manager
Location : Chitradurga
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day branch operations staff schedules and overall sales performance.
- Drive showroom sales and meet monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Supervise and motivate a team of sales and support staff.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the central warehouse for timely replenishment.
- Ensure proper product display cleanliness and maintenance of the showroom.
- Generate regular reports on sales footfall and branch performance.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and coordinate for timely deliveries and installations.
- Uphold company standards in service quality branding and customer handling.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline; a degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in retail/store management preferably in furniture or lifestyle products.
- Strong leadership communication and team management skills.
- Sales-driven mindset with a customer-first approach.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and POS systems.
- Fluent in Kannada; working knowledge of English and/or Hindi is a plus.
