Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee customer project development and drive cross-functional collaboration across a global team of software ASIC and QA engineers. This role requires a strong technical foundation excellent communication skills and a strategic mindset to ensure seamless execution of AI-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Tracking & Customer Engagement: Monitor customer project progress ensuring milestones are met while proactively addressing risks and bottlenecks. Act as the primary point of contact for customers managing expectations and ensuring alignment with technical teams. Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine product development strategies.
2. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with worldwide teams across Software ASIC QA and Platform Engineering to ensure seamless integration and execution. Facilitate communication between engineering and business units to align technical deliverables with business goals. Organize cross-team meetings resolve dependencies and drive effective decision-making.
3. Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope set timelines and manage resources to meet key objectives. Implement Agile methodologies ensuring efficient sprint planning and execution.
4. Risk Management & Problem-Solving: Identify potential risks early develop mitigation strategies and ensure contingency plans are in place.
5. AI & Innovation Integration: Maintain quality standards ensuring AI-driven solutions align with industry best practices. Work closely with R&D teams to explore innovations and enhance AI capabilities within system architectures.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
1. 5 years of experience in project management within firmware hardware AI or embedded systems development.
2. Strong background in managing complex technical projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
3. Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to drive alignment across global teams.
4. Proficiency in Agile methodologies sprint planning and software development processes.
5. Problem-solving mindset able to anticipate challenges and implement efficient solutions.
6. Familiarity with ASIC development QA testing frameworks and system architecture is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
1. Experience working with AI-driven solutions embedded systems and
hardware/software integration including machine learning frameworks and real-time processing.
2. Experience in server development projects particularly in high-performance computing cloud infrastructure or data center solutions.
