The Market Program Manager is responsible for shaping and executing trade marketing strategies to boost our brand presence market share and drive customer loyalty. This role involves developing and implementing innovative marketing campaigns analyzing market trends and consumer insights and ensuring alignment with business goals. You will collaborate with regional leads brand managers creative teams and external partners to deliver impactful programs and track their success making adjustments based on performance data. A deep understanding of the beverage alcohol market and strong project management skills are essential for success in this dynamic role.
Responsibilities:
Design and execute marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and market share.
Conduct research to identify trends opportunities and competitive dynamics and build a strategic plan to action on.
Work with brand managers to ensure consistent and impactful brand messaging.
Collaborate with distributors retailers and partners to implement programs effectively.
Monitor and analyze program performance making data-driven adjustments as needed.
Partner with creative teams to develop engaging content and promotional materials.
Develop and manage budgets for marketing programs ensuring cost-effective execution.
Plan and oversee promotional events and trade shows to drive brand engagement.
Ensure all marketing initiatives comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Gather and incorporate feedback from stakeholders and consumers to refine marketing strategies.
Job Qualifications:
Post secondary education
Strong understanding of market dynamics consumer behavior and industry trends.
Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing programs and campaigns through insights and market understanding.
Excellent analytical skills with experience in market research and data analysis.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Proficiency in marketing software and tools including CRM systems and analytics platforms.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on results and innovation.
Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
