You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe Coordinator Passenger Support Services is part of the multidisciplinary team of the Operations Control Center. The incumbent acts as liaison between the various operational departments of the airline with respect to flight information. During irregular operations the Coordinator contributes to the coordination of different actions related to passenger service in order to maintain a high level of security and operational efficiency. Thanks to his extensive knowledge of Transport Canada regulations the incumbent ensures compliance with Air Transats internal policies and procedures to ensure an excellent level of customer service.
