Purpose of the job

This role gives the individual extensive Treasury exposure to the global Group from the City of London head office. Reporting to the Head of Treasury this role will support the department to deliver key Treasury related projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implementation of the new Treasury Management system (FIS Integrity experience would be desirable)
  • Supporting with the Intercompany Netting project
  • Assisting with projects relating to migration to new banks and any related cash management structures

Knowledge skills and experience required

  • Proven experience in treasury management with a focus on leading successful projects. This should include end to end project lifecycle management (initiation planning execution testing and post-implementation review).
  • Experience in Project management is key.
  • Experience in supporting or leading the implementation of Treasury related projects with both functional and technical experience.
  • Familiarity with Treasury management systems and banking software such as Kyriba FIS Integrity or similar platforms.
  • Experience in a global and complex Treasury function
  • Experience in a similar role with a demonstrable track record of project delivery.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • You will be a minimum of degree educated preferably in a finance discipline.
  • An accountancy and/or Treasury qualification.
  • Advanced Excel skills

Person Specification

  • Able to work in an organised and methodical way so that internal and external deadlines are met in a timely manner. Priorities can change daily calling for someone who is diligent organised and able to work under pressure.
  • A practical hands-on attitude is required together with the ability and initiative to suggest and implement process change.
  • Able to work effectively with people across all areas of the businesses and build effective working relationships whilst also being comfortable working unsupervised.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues during implementation of projects.
  • Comfortable with documentation including requirements gathering process mapping and project reporting.
