- Yard management coordination related to the Eastern-European Distribution Center
- Coordination in case of facility and fleet problems
- Monitoring of fleet utilization analysis to find potential savings
- Equipment repair coordination follow-up relevant budget
- Daily alignment with transport management centre for in- and outbounds (truck&container)
- Daily time-slot definition alignment with inbound department
- Claim management documentation and reporting
- Management of related KPIs collections of basic data for them
- Participation in process-improvement projects
- Verification of service fulfilment and relevant invoices
Qualifications :
- BSc in economics logistics or engineering
- Minimum of 2 years experience in various areas of supply chain (eg. distribution coordination transport management)
- Good organizational- time-management- and analytical skills
- Process oriented thinking and structured precise working attitude
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Good sense of technique (ability to understand equipments used in warehouse being able to negotiate technical problems)
- Active English and Hungarian language proficiency (written and oral)
- Experience with material handling fleet and facility management is an advantage
- Knowledge of ERP systems (esp. SAP) is an advantage
