Strategic Roadmap Development: Develop and own the strategic roadmap for the framework specific to D&T skills ensuring alignment with job families and roles. This includes setting long-term goals and defining the direction for skills development.
Strategy for Learning Pathways and Content Curation: Define strategy for defining comprehensive learning pathways and curation of relevant content to support the skills framework. Ensure these pathways are aligned with the latest industry standards and organizational needs.
Skills Program Leadership: Lead and manage the D&T skills strategy along with other strategic programs ensuring a seamless integration of new skills and competencies while refreshing and managing the existing content. Drive the program forward with a focus on strategic impact and results
Vendor and Content Management: Oversee the management and delivery of external content including managing vendor relationships and licensing agreements. Ensure that partnerships are strategically aligned and content delivery meets quality standards.
Content Delivery: Ensure effective delivery of content for the D&T skills requirements including the successful deployment of Learning Experience Platforms (LxP) across all capabilities in D&T. Collaborate with various leaders and colleagues across D&T to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align L&D initiatives with organizational goals and strategies. Foster strong relationships across departments to support the successful implementation of the D&T skills program.
Governance and Quality Assurance: Maintain strong governance around content creation management and review to ensure consistency and quality across all L&D initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in L&D and technology skills to inform and enhance program offerings.
