Job Description

Elite Head Trainer Wanted!

CAREER OVERVIEW:
Are you a dynamic and motivated fitness professional with a passion for group-fitness Rumble is on the lookout for exceptional head trainer to lead instruct and motivate our clients in our high-energy 45-minute boxing classes.

Our mission is to create a new generation of boxers with style sophistication and sweat.

Key Responsibilities:
Studio Leadership & Culture

  • Foster a positive inclusive and high-energy studio environment
  • Maintain stage organization cleanliness and studio technology
  • Address member concerns with professionalism and a focus on resolution
  • Oversee class programming and music to ensure consistency and quality

Trainer Team Development

  • Identify and recruit top-tier trainer talent
  • Lead onboarding and training in partnership with the Rumble Corporate Talent Team
  • Host monthly workshops and provide ongoing coaching using Rumbles quality control standards

Community Engagement & Business Growth

  • Support marketing outreach and in-studio engagement to build a community
  • Help drive class attendance client retention and monthly revenue goals
  • Assist with communication to new current and former members

Compliance & Records Management

  • Maintain accurate employee files including certifications CPR cards emergency contacts disciplinary actions and class reviews


Requirements:
Availability & Commitment

  • Must be flexible and available to work weekends and holidays as needed
  • Must dedicate approximately 6 hours per week to studio operations class reviews and team support

Certifications & Experience

  • 2 years of group fitness experience
  • Hold a current group fitness certification (NASM ACE AFAA) - preferred
  • Maintain up-to-date CPR/AED certification - preferred

Brand Alignment & Skills

  • Strong understanding of the Rumble brand programming and core values
  • Exceptional communication leadership and customer service skills
