The Chicago Area has an exciting career opportunity for a Field Supervisor. We are seeking a personable dedicated individual to supervise a team of Security Officers to include ensuring operational effectiveness scheduling payroll and training.
The successful candidate will need previous experience in developing a high performing team strong customer service skills and great communication.
Position Requirements:
- High School Diploma.
- 21 Years of age or older.
- Intermediate Computer Skills .
- 1 Year Supervisor experience.
- 1 Year Security experience.
- Planning organizing and leadership skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Able to work flexible schedules / Open Availability.
- Valid Drivers License with clean driving record.
Note: All candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
