Pastoral Support Leader
Hours of Work: 30 hours per week; Term Time only
Closing date: Friday 13th June 2025 (noon)

Salary: Band 5 - Actual Salary 18039 - 19584 (depending on experience)
Medina Primary School is an inclusivefriendly one form entry primaryand we are seeking to appoint a Pastoral Support Leader to join our small team. We are looking for someone who:
- Can proactively build strong relationships with children and parents
- Is caring calm and patient
- Would be able to provide emotional support for children
- Would be able to support teachers in developing their skills of relational practice
- Is flexible and proactive
- Has experience of working with a wide range of children
- Provide 1:1/group pastoral support to our pupils
- Work closely with our SENCo/DSLs and other staff to implement and support strategies and early interventions
- Support in the schools approach to attendance
- Maintain accurate records and communicate well with others
- ELSA experience desirable
