Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated individual with outstanding communication and networking skills to take on this rewarding and critical role within our School. It is a genuine opportunity to develop a strategic career education program in addition to providing students with career advice and co-ordinating our VET and VCAL programs along with teaching a small VCAL load.
You will be a VIT qualified teacher and ideally have post graduate qualifications in Career Education and a Cert IV TAE. The School will support you in obtaining the Cert IV if not already held.
If you are highly organised innovative enthusiastic and have an ability to engage challenge and counsel students possess a positive outlook exceptional interpersonal skills and have a demonstrated ability to build authentic collaborative relationships we encourage you to apply.

Preferably you will be a VIT qualified teacher and ideally have post graduate qualifications in Career Education or Development or be willing to obtain. The school has a Study Support Program which can be accessed to support you obtaining a qualification for the right candidate. The school is also open to applicants who are not VIT registered.
