Job Description
Rome Health is seeking a Dietary Supervisor to join our Food and Nutrition team.
The Dietary Supervisors duties will include:
Direction the work flow of departmental employees.
Responsible for the functions of food production cafeteria and trayline dishwashing and receiving of food.
Actively supervises dietary employees in departmental activities.
Complies with personnel policies as well as state and local regulations. Provides input and help establish departmental policies and procedures.
EDUCATION TRAINING EXPERIENCE CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE:
A high school diploma or G.E.D. is required.
Coursework in food and nutrition. A two-year degree is preferred but not required.
Food safety and sanitation certification is preferred.
