This position is for ATEC Logistics LLC a subsidiary of Armada. Founded in 1989 and based in Maitland Florida ATEC () is a logistics provider with expertise in the areas of global ocean shipping export documentation and order management services.
SUMMARY:
This position serves as a liaison between internal departments and domestic transportation vendors overseeing carrier and facility procurement to ensure seamless logistics operations. The role is responsible for quoting projects including managing annual RFQs and facilitating the domestic leg of the supply chain in support of international logistics services. Operating as a full-service brokerage responsibilities include scheduling tendering tracking and tracing shipments to ensure timely and efficient delivery. Collaboration with customer service accounting and ocean logistics teams is essential as is a strong focus on attention to detail effective communication organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Experience Requirements
Minimum Experience (Preferred):
1-5 years of experience in customer service or transportation operations experience preferred
Bachelors degree in business Communications Supply Chain or Logistics preferred
Truck Brokerage experience preferred.
Language and Technical Skills Requirements
General understanding of business and logistics terms and concepts.
DOT Regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Word Outlook and Excel required
Analytical and problem-solving ability
Ability to communicate effectively (verbal & written) with internal/external clients
