Seeking a Lead Cloud Architect to assist in the delivery of the Technology Transformation Program and Cloud Strategy within the Technology Group.
Job details
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Provide guidance and advice on transforming the organisations digital capability with a focus on the digital workforce mobility and ways of working.
- Architect the organisations cloud platforms in alignment with to overarching strategies and business drivers.
- Uplift the security posture of cloud systems in alignment with key government frameworks.
- Support delivery of additional activities on an as needs basis.
Key requirements of the successful candidate must have skills and experience with (mandatory):
- In-depth knowledge of Azure Intune and Microsoft 365 productivity suite
- Experience with mobile device/application management and BYOD architecture and deployments
- Understanding of hybrid environments (cloud and on-premise)
- Good understanding of identity management and governance
- Extensive knowledge of Government cybersecurity frameworks and guidelines (ISM Essential 8 PSPF)
- Experience defining security policies and principles with considerations for technology and business requirements.
- Experience in designing and implementing security solutions for complex enterprise systems.
- Cybersecurity governance risk and compliance experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent documentation and can produce high quality architectural artifacts
The following additional skills and experience would be of benefit:
- Hands-on experience with managing an InTune environment
- Experience with traditional on-premise infrastructure
- Experience in working with multi-faceted non-corporate diverse organisations.
Contract: 12 Months Contract with 2 x 12 months contract extension.
Security Required: Must have a Baseline Security Clearance
Location Canberra based Hybrid - Flexibility with working from home and in the office and working hours. We request you are in the office at least 3 days per week
