You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe FLEX Director Red Zone Reimagined Activator is dedicated to in-person and virtual hotel visits to strategically selected hotels including high-impact hotels that are in the red zone and/or with performance trending towards the red zone. This position will be focused on Managed by Marriott (MxM) properties across brands including Full Service (FS) Luxury and Marriott Select Brands (MSB)in US & Canada.
The role will focus on hotel visits to include offering systems training and in-person expertise sharing knowledge to help improve and elevate guest experience trends and ensuring pull through of key initiatives. Also this Director will facilitate overall performance reviews with the hotel General Manager collect and track action plans to validate Guest Satisfaction Survey (GSS) andEvent Satisfaction Survey(ESS) future improvement.

The pay range for this position is $56.58 to $77.69 per hour.
Washington Applicants Only: Employees will accrue 0.0334 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 9 holidays annually.
