You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailServes as one of the initial points of contact for HQ campus related functions HQ Tours Guest and Associate inquiries and other functions as needed
Serves as a point of contact for all associate workplace inquiries and assistance including routing to appropriate Workplace Services/Facilities teams
Supports and assists with coordination of service requests for the Workplace Janitorial Operations and Corporate Security Teams
Interacts professionally with all clients guests and Workplace Services team daily
Works collaboratively with other Workplace Services specialists to complete daily tasks and event planning as needed
Provides support to Workplace Management leadership on tasks/projects as needed
Anticipate associates service needs including asking questions to better understand their needs and watching/listening to guest preferences and acting on them whenever possible.
Address associate service needs in a professional positive and timely manner.
Assist other employees to ensure proper coverage and prompt associate service
Coordinate tasks and work with other departments to ensure that the department runs efficiently.
Adheres to all standards policies and procedures
Strives to improve service performance and actively promotes the Workplace Services team
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Managers
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelors degree from an accredited university or High school diploma or GED
Minimum 1 year experience in the event management food and beverage or related professional area
Is proficient using Microsoft Excel Word Access PowerPoint and Outlook computer programs

Customer service-oriented disposition and skillset
Ability to interact with executive level leadership VIP guests and associates at all organizational levels
Communicates clearly and effectively and provides progress and status updates on open inquiries/requests
Problem-solving mentality
Ability to prioritize and involve leadership on high priority items as needed
Ability to multi-task and handle multiple requests at once

The pay range for this position is $24.23 to $40.96 per hour.
