Job Description
Duties of the Middle School Boys Soccer Head Coach:
- Responsible for planning of practices and game management
- Oversee and direct middle school assistant and team managers with pre and post game responsibilities
- Serve as coach during all middle school games home and away
- Oversee upload of scores on social media on game days
- Effectively communicate with parents with team related updates
- Maintain the highest order of professionalism and display the highest level of ethical and moral behavior at all times including building positive relationships with athletes coaches parents and the community
- Help create a Christ-centered environment and team culture of service to others that reflects the Lipscomb Academy Mission Statement
- Guide student-athletes in learning appropriate sportsmanship cooperation work ethic personal responsibility and competitiveness to all student-athletes
- Other duties as assigned by the Dir of Soccer.
