Now Hiring:
CCS Program Manager
What Youll Be Doing: As a CCS Program Manager youll play a huge role in supporting individuals with mental illness. This position will manage a youth program working with kids of varying ages. You will help guide them through Individual Skills Development and Enhancement Medication Management and Wellness Management services.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Leading the CCS program day-to-day overseeing staff scheduling training and ensuring quality services and compliance.
- A mix of office work and community integration to provide hands-on support to our amazing clients.
- Ensuring the program runs smoothly during service hours including on-call duties when needed.
What Were Looking For:
- Managerial experience is a bonus but were willing to train the right person!
- A reliable vehicle and current state insurance (for when you need to drive to client locations).
- A heart for helping others and a passion for making a difference!
Hours: Based on 40 hours work week. Typically 1st shift but flexibility is key as youll ensure program needs/coverage is met during all service hours.
Wage: $20-$25 based on education level
