The DS Transitional Supports Manager serves as the lead consultant on matters of transition services in Windsor and Windham Counties. If you like to be there for someone during a transitional time this position is meant for you.

We build and lead integrated multi-disciplinary clinical teams to provide support to clients and currently serve over 4000 clients inmultiple strive for excellence and have achieved significant and measurable improvement in clinical outcomes.

To be successful in this role you will have:
- A Masters degree (preferred) and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Considerable knowledge of the social economic medical psychological vocational and labor market issues that impact students with developmental disabilities
- Effective working knowledge of needs for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Strong leadership organizational meeting facilitation and communication skills
