About The Job
We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Business Analyst to join our team. You will work closely with product owners engineers and stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements. Your role will ensure that our technology solutions align with business goals and deliver real value to users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements
- Translate business needs into detailed functional/technical specifications
- Create BRDs FRDs user stories wireframes and flowcharts
- Work closely with product and tech teams during the software development lifecycle (Agile/Scrum)
- Assist in backlog grooming sprint planning and roadmap discussions
- Coordinate with QA to define acceptance criteria and test cases
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure feature completeness
- Identify process improvements and recommend solutions
- Support internal tools and systems optimization projects (e.g. CRM HRMS ERP)
- Ensure data integrity and assist in dashboard/reporting requirements
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors or masters degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business or related field
- 23 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a tech or product-driven environment
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
- Familiarity with APIs databases and modern web/mobile platforms
- Proficiency in tools like Jira Confluence Figma Excel SQL (basic)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical problem-solving and organizational skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience in SaaS or B2B marketplaces
- Exposure to tools like Power BI Tableau or Google Data Studio
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Experience with business process automation or ERP implementations
