Diehl Automotive is growing! We are currently looking for a BDC Manager for our Butler Location. This is a fantastic position with great benefits and incredible advancement potential! This is an in-person job and cannot be done remotely.
Responsibilities:
Ensures all internet leads are followed up with until completion of sale
Exhibit ethical behavior provide the highest degree of customer satisfaction and be honest in all aspects of dealing with customers
Answer customer inquiries and calls when necessary
Follows up with aged sales leads
Manage and track all leads
Manage all incoming and outgoing phone calls text messages and emails
Maintain daily weekly and monthly sales forecasts
Work closely with executive and department managers to develop appointment setting strategies
Handle our customer contacts through CRM service follow-up and lead generations
Schedule sales appointments and reschedule no-show customers
Provide training and ongoing support to the business development representatives to help the team understand and achieve the dealerships goals
Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations
Manage day-to-day business of the business development center
Achieve the sales and customer satisfaction objective set by management
Requirements:
Previous Sales experience;
Competitive and self-motivated attitude that thrives on goals
Team player with positive energy and an eagerness to improve
Previous management experience preferred
Automotive industry experience preferred
Ready to waste no time on learning new product ins and outs eager to improve
Ability to manage a high volume of inbound and outbound sales call volume internet leads and call lists
Outgoing personality ability to influence customers to schedule appointments
Strong computer knowledge
Phenomenal communication skills with customers and team members
