The Role:
With a focus on our Core Values of Integrity Internally Driven Fun and Respect the Remote On-Call Coordinator will work directly with clients and caregivers to fill client orders as they come in. This position assists with scheduling is responsible for staffing last minute call off and weekend shifts and client coordination during after-hours.
Work Hours Requirement:
- 5:00PM -1:00AM Eastern Time Zone Monday - Friday
- **Remote On-Call Coordinator work schedule is subject to change based on business necessity. **
What Youll Be Doing:
- Demonstrate commitment and behavior aligned with the philosophy mission values and vision of thecompany.
- Responds to incoming calls to the office after-hours
- Responds in a timely manner (within 15 minutes) to any messages left
- Documents clients and caregiver occurrences in the system of record
- Communicates with clients when a caregiver has called off or is running late
- Assure all shifts are filled to meet clients staffing needs
- Coordinate with our staff/clients regarding scheduling changes
- Build and maintain connections and relationships with Caregivers and facilities
- Performs other duties as assigned.
What We Look For:
- High School Diploma required.
- 1-2 years of scheduling/staffing/customer service experience preferred.

Compensation/Benefits Information:
- The estimated base pay for this position is $19.00/Hourly.
- Base pay will vary based on internal equity candidates skills and professional experience geographic location market and other potentialfactors. TotalMed offers a comprehensive benefits package.

- This role will be joining the TotalMed internal corporate organization.
