- Are a strategic thinker with 8 years of experience in integrated communication (internal external) in an international organisation
- Have a proven track record in executive communication and employee engagement
- Have experience in working with media relations and public affairs teams on external communications
- Excel at translating complex information into clear engaging messaging tailored for diverse international groups
- Have ability to shape global communications setting and promoting standards consistent with global branding and guidelines
- Are comfortable advising senior leaders and driving communications strategies across multiple locations
- Can work independently in situations with ambiguity and tight deadlines
- Have good knowledge understanding and experience in managing tools such as SharePoint Viva Engage (previously called Yammer) Stream Spotler or a willingness to learn fast and master new skills.
- Have event management experience (webcasts townhalls and conferences)
- Are proactive collaborative and thrive in fast-paced matrix (hierarchical and functional) environments
- Have excellent writing editing and storytelling skills in English
- Are able and willing to travel to Amsterdam (4 times per year)

Your responsibilities:
- develop and execute internal communication for Global Financial Crime and Fraud Prevention (GFCFP)
- partner with business leaders from GFCFP to create engaging content for internal communication purposes across channels including newsletters intranet articles email announcements and Viva Engage posts
- lead organisation of internal events meetings and initiatives to boost employee engagement
- collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure clear and consistent messaging
- assist in preparing presentations reports and other materials for internal use
- contribute to company-wide internal communication with news from GFCFP
- monitor and evaluate the impact of communication efforts and adjust strategies as needed

We aim to detect and prevent the financial system from being misused in criminal activities including money laundering and terrorist financing for the safety and security of our customers and society.
