Are you passionate about transforming healthcare through virtual and community-based care solutions St Vincents Health Australia is seeking a Product Lead Connected Care to drive the management enhancement and strategic direction of our digital care platform - enabling patients to access care wherever they are.

In this pivotal role you will work closely with clinicians care teams business stakeholders and technology partners to optimise digital workflows enhance patient experiences and shape the future of connected health services across Australia.

This is a Permanent Full-Time position based in any of our Group Head Offices in Sydney Brisbane or Melbourne.

Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Support the day-to-day management and optimisation of our Digital Care Platform
  • Collaborate with clinicians and operational teams to improve workflows and platform adoption
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap in alignment with evolving healthcare needs
  • Lead platform enhancements user feedback gathering and vendor coordination
  • Deliver training troubleshooting and support to ensure seamless platform use
  • Drive continuous improvement ensuring compliance with privacy and security standards
  • Work with cross-functional teams to integrate new features and improve patient outcomes

Things that work for us:

  • Strong experience working with healthcare digital solutions and understanding clinical workflows
  • Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a product or project delivery environment
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies (Dynamics 365 Field Service Microsoft Cloud for Health Azure Power BI)
  • Proficient in systems configuration change management processes and Agile/CI-CD practices
  • Ability to manage vendor relationships and ensure high-quality delivery
  • Highly developed interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Tertiary qualification in Health IT Health Informatics or a related field
  • Experience implementing home and community care solutions and familiarity with PowerApps Power Automate and data analytics in healthcare desirable
  • CHIA or relevant certifications (e.g. ITIL PRINCE2)
