Job Description:
The Business Administrator works side by side with the Operator to oversee all aspects of the restaurant and position also has an intense focus on all financial aspects of the business and manages payroll accounts payable accounts receivable drill down reports and profit and loss Business Administrator also works closely with the Director of Operations as well as the Human Resources Director to support restaurant operations and provide high-level leadership coaching as well as having a pulse on the culture and vision for the right candidate must have administravitve experience and be willing to work operationally in times of need.
Job Responsibilities:
* Manage accounts payable
* Monitors credit card purchases and payments
* Communicates with corporate accountant and ensures financial responsibilities are properly communicated
* Manages employee benefits such as insurance workers compensation and other team benefits
* Handles all equipment leases landscaping contracts and vendor relationships
* Strategizes with the Operator Directors and all leaders to hit financial targets and takes action on operational improvements
* Monitors building security and keys
* Oversees and approves any donation requests and ensure they are coded properly for Chick-fil-A accounting
* Works closely with the team to approve and oversee social media and marketing opportunities
* Engages in the Culture and Team Member resources and works with the Human Resources Director to plan Team Member events and appreciation opportunities
* Maintains weekly payroll bonus opportunities vacation
* Creatively manages restaurant promotional events and holiday festivities
Team Development and Coaching:
* Schedule weekly One-on-One Coaching sessions with the Human Resources Director
* Available for all Team Members to provide guidance and coaching
* Frequently meets with the Operator and Director of Operations to discuss financial goals the culture within the restaurant and team member development.
* Provide both Formal and Informal feedback to the team on an ongoing basis.
* Strives to improve personal growth and leadership skills.
* Works with with the team to identify new upcoming leaders.
