Your opportunity
As a New Relic Lead Technical Support Engineer you are a cornerstone of our customers success and a key driver of our support teams excellence. You will leverage deep product knowledge particularly in Application Performance Monitoring (APM) to resolve our customers most complex and novel technical challenges. The pay range below represents a reasonable estimate of the salary for the listed position. This role is eligible for a corporate bonus plan. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related factors such as an applicants skills qualifications and experience.
