Join our Milan team as a Senior Writer to contribute to impactful projects that resonate within the local market and beyond.
RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for a Senior Writer (f m x) to join our team in Milan Italy. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape compelling narratives support strategic storytelling and contribute to purpose-driven projects. You will collaborate with creatives strategists and consultants to craft impactful messaging for a diverse range of clients. And someone who is interested in
- Ability to contribute concepts for all client engagements is mandatory as well as participation in meetings and critiques face-to-face and on the phone
- Must be consistent in delivering relevant and unexpected work
- Collaborate and communicate effectively in Italian and English both written and verbally with all BrightHouse team members vendors and clients
- Work closely and often with a designer art director and/or creative director along with strategists
- Conduct conceptual exploration and when necessary be able to adjust and improve the work to be its very best
- Seek out opportunities for personal creative growth by working outside their area of expertise and finds new ways to achieve even greater results
- Ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels
- Analytical detail focus problem-solving decision making and organization/ planning aptitude
- Proficient oral and written communication skills
- Skilled in writing lines narratives scripts and body copy often for multiple clients simultaneously.
- Strong interest in producing content that spans from single-idea executions to both short- and long-form storytelling.
- Passionate about creating innovative and impactful work always eager to take on new challenges and push creative boundaries.
- A self-starter with a strong drive to produce outstanding work looking for opportunities to make an impact at every level.
- Previous experience in a similar work environment is preferred.
